like many, i was drawn to ikigai — the japanese idea of living with purpose. but it was ichigo ichie that truly shifted something for me: the reminder that every moment is one-of-a-kind. that each cup, each conversation, each morning — happens only once.
i couldn’t find matcha that honored that. most options felt rushed, overly processed, or disconnected from tradition. so i created maison matcha to offer something different: a mindful, high-quality matcha that supports presence and performance.
