traditional process

shade grown

our matcha is shade grown, which means that it is grown in the shade before harvest. this growing method increases the chlorophyll and amino acid content in the tea leaves, resulting in a smoother taste and a more vibrant green color. we take great care to source our matcha from the highest-quality farms and producers, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible product. 

hand picked

air dried and stone grind

our matcha is steamed and air-dried using traditional methods to presence the tea’s natural flavors and aromas. we then use premium stone granite grinders to ensure a super-fine powder that smoothly translate the flavors to your drink. every single cup of Maison Matcha is a fully immersive experience from the rich aroma to the deep flavors, and the health benefits that come with it.
