Ingredients:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons matcha powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: chopped nuts or dried fruit for added texture
Instructions:
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with butter or cooking spray.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Once melted and smooth, quickly whisk in the matcha powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
If using, fold in chopped nuts or dried fruit for added texture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
Once the fudge is set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out of the dish. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into squares or rectangles.
Serve and enjoy your delicious Matcha Fudge! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
